Pauletts' famed cellar door with its magnificent views, has become even better with the official opening of its 'Bush Devine Café'.
The Café is inspired and partly sourced from the adjacent Bush Food Garden which contains over 80 different species of plants. Local revered chef Roger Graham has devised a unique and mouthwatering menu to complement Pauletts' diverse range of wines.

What started out in 1990 as an idea to serve food to visitors who came to taste wine, soon blossomed into a restaurant with its own strong identity and a national reputation.
The emphasis is on interesting dishes from around the world using the best ingredients, local if possible, well-presented and professionally served, but in a relatively informal atmosphere. The menu changes frequently according to the season and what ingredients are available and fresh. Mr Mick is named after K.H. (Mr Mick) Knappstein, a legend within the Australian winemaking industry. One of Mr Mick’s passions in life was to make wines for everyone to enjoy, a tradition his last apprentice, local winemaker Tim Adams, continues in his name. Today Tim and his wife Pam are proud custodians of this landmark property.

Terroir Auburn runs with a strict locavore philosophy. We use as much local produce as humanly possible, with only ingredients such as spices and some dairy products out- sourced, as they are not produced in the Clare Valley.
